A new drag-and-drop option, better guidance through dedicated steps, no need to do a test run before the import, and continuing the import process, although there might be errors, all together make importing data via Excel much more straightforward.

Complete coverage of Fact Sheet elements in Surveys

The Fact Sheets elements in Surveys have been extended to now cover all Fact Sheet attributes, including lifecycles, relations, multi-select fields, and location. This boosts the scope to use the new survey response form and will lead to Fact Sheet segments being decommissioned from Surveys on January 1, 2024.

Decommissioning support for Contacts in Surveys

Based on a usage assessment, we decided to discontinue the support of contact in surveys starting November 1, 2023. From that day, creating surveys with Contacts as recipients will no longer be possible. From January 1, 2024, we will discontinue our support for all survey links previously sent out to contacts, and these links will cease to function.
