Configure Action Items to be assigned to users triggered by a Fact Sheet creation or Quality State change to inform on how to proceed or what to do next.

• Easy configuration for the creation of action item to-dos for a chosen Fact Sheet type

• Possible triggers: A change of the Quality State (Draft, Broken, Approved, Rejected) and the creation of a new Fact Sheet

• Configurable assignees (subscription type/role, FS creator or fixed user list) and due date

Possible use cases:

• As a Responsible or Accountable on a Fact Sheet, I want to receive an Action Item in my to-do inbox whenever the Quality State changes to "broken".
