Configurable Fact Sheet approval Automation

Enhancing collaboration and ease of use are essential in LeanIX products. To further support the mission, no-code, rule-based, and easy-to-adopt Automations have been introduced. The automation helps reduce time-consuming manual work and makes additional reminder emails obsolete as collaboration is guided and facilitated directly within the tool. It is available in APM, TRM, and BTM workspaces.

The first use case is the Fact Sheet approval Automation. The process consists of three steps:

  1. Naming and creating the automation

  2. Configuring the trigger to define what event would start the action. It can either be 'Fact Sheet creation' of any Fact Sheet type or 'Quality state change' to any state, such as 'Broken.'

  3. Creating an action item that provides details to the assignee of the to-do about what action needs to be taken to accomplish approval on creating a Fact Sheet or re-approving a quality state of a Fact Sheet.

Assignees are then guided and pinpointed to accomplish their respective to-dos.
