Weekly feature improvement & bugfix summary
The following feature improvements have been implemented, and bugs have been fixed in the past week:
Inventory
As another follow-up to the recent usability update, the lifecycle and tags of related fact sheets are now visible on the fact sheet details page.
The rounding method for calculating the fact sheet completion score shown as a percentage has been changed so that it always rounds down to the nearest full number. For example, a score between 99.5% and 99.9% no longer shows as complete 100% but as 99%.
The way conditional attributes are considered in the score has also been corrected in the inventory, so 100% can be reached when the condition is not met, regardless of the configured weighting. A fix for this on reports is in progress but will take considerably longer.
A bug has been fixed, so scrolling down on the inventory AI prompt after filtering on a fact sheet type first is possible again.
Reports
Long subtitles of presentations are wrapped into new lines when they exceed the available width.
In workspaces with restricted read permissions for certain user roles to see the subtype of fact sheets, we fixed the issue of the content of reports with subtypes not being displayed correctly.
Integrations
When creating a webhook, admins can now provide a detailed description of the webhook subscription, summarizing its purpose and relevant notes (limited to 2048 characters).
Administration
At the start of January, we will enhance the quality of data collected in fact sheets at their creation. When users manually create a fact sheet using the form, there will be mandatory fields for subscriptions to establish accountability from the start (read the full announcement here).
If admins require time to adapt to the new fact sheet creation form, they can now opt out of the 'Enhanced Fact Sheet Creation Form' per workspace in the admin area's 'Optional Features & Early Access' section. This will take effect when the feature is released. We plan for the opt-out to be available until February 2025 before the enhanced fact sheet creation form gets a default for all workspaces.
