Weekly feature improvement & bugfix summary

The following feature improvements have been implemented and bugs fixed during this week:

Inventory:

  • As announced earlier, a default retention period of 90 days for archived Fact Sheets in workspaces has been introduced. All archived Fact Sheets will be deleted after the retention period. This also applies to all Fact Sheets archived 90 days before July 1, starting with the deletion of the oldest Fact Sheets. For example, any Fact Sheet archived before April 2 has been deleted on July 1. For more information about this announcement, please refer to the 'Archive and recover a Fact Sheet' section in the LeanIX user documentation.

  • The keyboard's usability has been improved where the tooltip is shown when focussed on Fact Sheets with long names.

  • A bug has been fixed that caused subscription roles with longer names to extend outside the subscription dropdown container on the Fact Sheet details page.

Reports:

  • A bug that previously caused an error while filtering a Roadmap Report for a field on a relation has now been fixed. The scope of the filters is not limited to the primary Factsheet but also includes the clusters and drill-down, exactly as in the Matrix report.

  • When a Fact Sheet name in the Matrix Report is too long to be shown completely, a tooltip is displayed with the full name on hover.

  • The projects that are impacting a Fact Sheet can be visualized in the side panel of the Matrix and Landscape Report. This view is available each time one or more projects are selected in the Impacts selector.

  • When custom reports are enabled in the admin's 'Reports' section, the report has been improved to be visible with its 'human readable' title on the report navigation page instead of the 'technical' last segment of the report ID.
