Introducing retention period for Archived Fact Sheets
On July 1, a default retention period of 90 days for archived Fact Sheets in live workspaces and 10 days in the sandbox and demo workspaces will be introduced. All archived Fact Sheets will be deleted after the retention period. This will also apply to all Fact Sheets archived 90 days before July 1, starting with the deletion of the oldest Fact Sheets. For example, any Fact Sheet archived before April 2 will be deleted on July 1.
If accidentally archived, that archived Fact Sheet can be recovered within the retention period. In order to actively manage records, such as decommissioned applications, we recommend using the Lifecycle wherein the relations of the Fact Sheets remain visible, and the records are included in the Reports.
Along with introducing the default retention period, 'Delete' will be replaced with 'Archive' in the Fact Sheet detail page and Excel import to create more consistency in the user interface. With 'Archive' being already present in the audit trail, the entries in history remain unchanged.
