Weekly feature improvement and bugfix summary

The following feature improvements have been implemented, and bugs fixed in the past week:

Dashboards

• The initial visualization of portfolio reports on dashboards no longer shows horizontally stretched bubbles for fact sheet clustered but proper circles.

Inventory

• As previously announced, a new 'Add Fact Sheet' button allows you to create fact sheets, start an Excel import, or add fact sheets through the inventory builder without navigating to the side pane. The Excel export, on the other hand, was repositioned to the options menu (⋮).  

  A note on the side pane where the actions were previously located guides you to the new position during a four-week transition period.

  

Diagrams

• We've enhanced the 'Link Diagram to Shape' functionality. Instead of a search field, an interface opens, offering more filtering options to help you find the diagram you are looking for including a preview.

Automations

• When using the new 'Send Email' action in automations, the subject line of the email now supports the same placeholders as the body of the email (e.g.,factsheet.DisplayName). The length of the subject is limited and will be cut off at 200 characters.

Discoveries

• The AI-powered inventory builder has already received its first update. To speed up creating multiple fact sheets and relations, the inbox now allows you to select multiple discovery items and perform the 'Link' or 'Reject' actions on all of them simultaneously. The availability of the inventory builder features relies on activation by a workspace admin and is subject to additional costs.
