A central button to add fact sheets

On April 2, the 'Actions' available in the inventory's side pane will move to a central position on top of the inventory to make them directly accessible. A new 'Add Fact Sheet' button will allow you to create new fact sheets, start an Excel import, or add fact sheets through the new inventory builder without navigating to the side pane. The Excel export, on the other hand, will be repositioned to the options menu (⋮).  

A note on the side pane where the actions are currently located will guide you to the new position during a four-week transition period.
