Structure saved content in collections more efficiently
With the first release in January 2025, we made finding reports, diagrams, and dashboards easier by adding views and filter options to navigation pages. In addition, the collections can now be organized in folder-like sub-collections to provide a familiar experience when structuring and navigating large amounts of saved content.
The new 'Manage Collections' option at the bottom of the left side pane allows permitted users to sort collections, create new sub-collections, or move them between collections. Users can also see and change their current position in the structure through the breadcrumb navigation at the top of the overview.
Sub-sections are solely a structuring element and won't appear when a filter for a saved report, diagram, or dashboard is applied.
