Find and structure saved content more efficiently

Continuing to pursue our high ambitions for usability, we added filter options to the navigation pages to make it easier for you to find the correct reports, diagrams, and dashboards in workspaces with many assets.

You can refine your search results with these new filtering options:

• Owner: by default, the user who created the diagram/report/dashboard

• Permissions: e.g., 'Unrestricted' or 'Write restricted'

• Type: e.g., 'Free Draw' for diagrams or 'Matrix Report' for reports (not available for dashboards)

• Created: 'Last Month', 'Last 3 Months', or a custom date range

• Last Updated: 'Last Month', 'Last 3 Months', or a custom date range

The 'New Diagram' button moved from the top left to the right to accommodate the new interface elements for filters.

Also, admins can now view all saved reports, diagrams, and dashboards, regardless of their creator and permissions, and transfer ownership of these items to other users. This ensures you don't lose access to essential items when a user leaves your organization.

Later this quarter, the collections will be organized in folder-like subcollections on the navigation pages to provide a familiar experience navigating extensive collection structures.
