Resolved issue with the 'OR' operator on reports

The issue when combining filter criteria with the 'OR' operator involving relations to multiple Fact Sheets announced on July 21 has been resolved. The results now include only those Fact Sheets matching the given filter (strict filtering). Also, if existing, constraining relations are correctly taken into account.

An Application Matrix report filtered to show Applications related to a particular Business Capability or User Group shows the expected cross shape.
