Public Cloud integration: AWS Cloud Spend extraction based on Cost Allocation tags

The Public Cloud integration for AWS now extracts the Cloud Spend per Software Artifact based on cost allocation tags that are configured in AWS. This helps teams to better understand the cloud spend for a particular microservice. The cost information is stored on the relation between the corresponding AWS Account and the Software Artifact and aggregated across all Cloud Accounts onto the Software Artifact itself.
