Discover Integrations: Connection status & revamped admin

This feature will bring greater transparency to Discover integrations administration. The initial release of this feature will set the foundation for more improvements in the observability and transparency of Discover Integrations.

While the visual overhaul will bring an improved overview over configured and available integrations, a clear separation between Discover and Manage integrations, it will also surface additional details on a Discover integrations state - are the credentials valid, is the data source still available, do the credentials need to be updated or is everything correct.

This will give users more control making sure their integrations are up and running.
