Public Cloud integration - Generate Service Usage Information by Cloud Account

We extend the Public Cloud Integration to populate the Value Stream Management workspace with information about cloud service usage per Cloud Account. This allows Engineering Leaders to explore which Cloud Services my team is using to (a) create visibility about my team's adherence to company standards, (b) inform other teams about my team's usage of Cloud Services and (c) understand my team's exposure to Cloud Service-specific (security) risks.
