Velocity projections for upcoming sprints

We will add a sprint estimator to the team's page in the VSM workspace, allowing teams to project feasible story points for upcoming sprints. This insight helps teams provide a reasonable estimate to their product owners and team members. Furthermore, it allows them to spot trends over time and increase their ability to predict realistic software delivery performance.

The sprint estimator works as follows: on the team's page, the team members insert completed story points of past sprints and enter their planned availability (in days or %) for upcoming sprints. Based on the average completed story points from past sprints and the forthcoming team's availability, the estimator will calculate the velocity for the upcoming sprint.

Both the sprint estimator and the sprint-level data will only be visible to the respective team members.
