Notifications: Send notifications to Slack (voted #47 in Q4)

In order to further foster collaboration within LeanIX, notifications should reach users where they are working in their day-to-day business already. Adding Slack as a very popular communication channel as an option to our Notification Center, will be one next step.
Admins will be able to:

• Enable and disable Slack as an additional notifications channel

• Set dedicated notification topic defaults for their users for this channel
