    TABLE OF CONTENTS:

In the past week, these feature improvements have been released:

      Branding:

      • The new SAP LeanIX branding has been introduced to the login page, main navigation bar, and favicon on the browser tab. This change doesn't affect workspaces with their own custom branding. Workspace admins can adjust the branding in the admin area's 'Branding' section, including the favicon on the browser tab.

      Inventory:

      • Visualizing the asynchronous loading in the inventory, a count of the currently loaded fact sheets, along with the total number of fact sheets matching the filters, is now shown. The count updates on user interaction with the result list.

      • The SaaS discovery inbox features KPI cards that provide an overview of its state. For example, they show how many new items require actions, have been discovered in total, or have been linked to fact sheets.

      • A bug was fixed that caused an error when selecting the 'ID' column in the inventory table view while a relation was also selected.

      Diagrams:

      • A bug has been fixed to ensure that files created through a PDF export include the correct title entered during the export, or if left empty, adopt the title of the diagram. Also, images included in diagrams via a URL link are included in the diagram export.

      Surveys:

      • The active and completed survey runs listed on the 'Survey' tab of fact sheets are now sorted by timestamp, with the most recent ones at the top.

      Integrations:

      • When syncing applications, business capabilities, and interfaces with the Collibra integration, new 'Matching Strategy' options can be selected to automatically link existing assets in the Collibra Inbox Domain with fact sheets in SAP LeanIX based on the asset type and name. The matching avoids the creation of duplicate entries. These are the two matching options:

        • 'No Matching' (default): Skips asset creation with a warning in the 'Sync Logging' when an existing asset with the same name and type is found in Collibra's Inbox Domain

        • 'Match By Name': This function checks for an existing asset with the same name and type in Collibra's Inbox Domain before creating a new one. If a match is found, the existing asset is updated.

      • The maximum limit of relation mappings in the ServiceNow integration has been increased from 10 to 100.
