      Reports

We fixed a bug where certain custom reports would not open links in a new tab or the download functionality did not work properly. Both functionalities have been restored.

      Diagrams

Diagrams now show a confirmation dialog with the full destination URL when you click a link pointing to an external resource, so you can verify where the link leads before leaving the workspace.

      Integrations

We have made two improvements to integrations, both available to admins:

      • SAP Signavio integration: You can now create new dictionary category mappings without leaving the integration configuration. A guided wizard takes you through dictionary category, fact sheet type, field mappings, and filter selection, and saves the mapping on completion. For more information, see Mapping Fact Sheets and Dictionary Items.

      • SAP SuccessFactors integration: You can now synchronize custom organization attributes from SAP SuccessFactors to your workspace without waiting for native field support. In the integration configuration, you can map additional fields from SAP SuccessFactors to custom attributes, independently for each entity type (department, division, business unit, and legal entity). For more information, see Field Mapping for the SAP SuccessFactors Integration.

      MCP server

You can now create, update, and remove milestones on fact sheets through the MCP write tools. Previously, milestone management was not available through the MCP server, which limited automation workflows that rely on milestone data. For more information, see MCP Server.

      AI agent discovery

As an admin, you can now disable or delete any configured third-party AI agent discovery integration from Administration > Integrations. Disabling an integration temporarily pauses synchronization but preserves the configuration and any previously accepted inventory data. Deleting an integration removes it from the workspace entirely. For details, refer to the Disabling or Deleting the Integration section in the SAP Help Portal for each supported integration, for example, Discovering AI Agents from Amazon Bedrock.

      Adoption KPIs

As an admin, you can now query workspace adoption metrics through the new Workspace Adoption KPIs API. The API exposes login activity, fact sheet events, report and diagram views, and page interactions, and accepts workspace and technical user tokens for authentication. For more information, see Monitor Workspace Usage and Adoption.
