Weekly feature improvement and bugfix summary

The following feature improvements have been implemented, and bugs fixed in the past week:

Inventory

• In the new fact sheet creation form, users were unable to create fact sheets if there were conflicting settings—when a subscription type was set as mandatory in the quality seal settings without specifying any subscription roles while simultaneously making the selection of a subscription role a requirement in the subscription mode settings.

  Since this fix, a fact sheet can be created even in such a conflicting scenario. Instead of blocking creation, the creation form will not prompt the users to assign a subscription.

Surveys

• As part of the legacy survey response form phase-out, all ongoing surveys still running in the legacy design have been automatically finished. Surveys that are still needed can be restarted in the new design with just a few clicks. However, if the survey contains decommissioned fact sheet segments, you will need to replace them before you can rerun the survey, and a message will alert you if this is the case.

• This week, an incident with the survey feature led to duplicate survey runs appearing in some workspaces with 0% progress or survey results that included new fact sheets marked as 'Obsolete', even though they were not intended to be part of the survey. We've fixed the issue and restored all affected survey data.

Store

• A new version of the recently added architecture transformation map report is available on the SAP LeanIX Store. Re-install it to fix the issue of the report not loading, and check the FAQ icon in the report itself to learn how it works.
