Weekly feature improvement and bugfix summary
Inventory
When adding relations between fact sheets, the hierarchy view to select fact sheets now also works as expected for the requires/required by relation.
We fixed an issue on the fact sheet metrics tab, which prevented the initial load of some charts when navigating to the metrics tab.
Reports
We fixed an issue that prevented customers located outside the UTC time zone from editing fields in the report side panel during certain hours of the day. The side panel now works as expected at all times.
Transformations
In workspaces with SAP LeanIX Architecture and Road Map Planning, when navigating to the transformations tab on an initiative fact sheet, the transformations can be displayed in either a list view or a table view. While the list view provides a detailed view of a transformation, the table view allows you to view and edit transformations at scale. This can be beneficial if you want to bulk edit completion dates of different transformations due to changed timelines. On the initiative fact sheets, the table view is now set as the default view, as a single initiative often includes multiple transformations. The default changes once you switch between list and table view. On other fact sheet types, the list view remains the only available view for now.
Reference catalog
The most recent best-practice business capabilities are now available in the reference catalog. This update introduces two additional industries, banking and agribusiness, along with their respective business capabilities and suggested SAP solutions. To leverage the new best practices, import the business capabilities from the reference catalog. Business capability fact sheets, which already have an existing link to a catalog entry, can be updated as described here.
SAP Help portal
To optimize the experience with PDF export options for our documentation on the SAP Help Portal, we plan to remove the option for full PDF downloads on December 18, 2025. You can still create custom PDFs to export specific pages or sections for offline use.
