When a user visualizes a subscription role on a roadmap report via the report settings and saves the report, the change is now retained when the report is refreshed.

Automations

More possibilities to use automations: You can now add numeric fields (double and integer) as a condition within your automations. This allows you to validate the content of a numerical field against a specific value.

Example scenarios:

• Field value greater than: Send an email to an application owner once the number of active users of an application is greater than 100 users.

• Field value less than: Create a to-do for a domain owner if the aggregated application cost of a specific domain is less than 10,000 EUR.

• Field value equals: Add a tag "Review" to an initiative fact sheet if the budget costs equal 50,000 USD.

Integrations

We have identified an issue with our Confluence integration, which doesn't impact the main functionality of including fact sheets, reports, diagrams, etc., in a Confluence page. However, the automatic creation and update of smart links from your workspace to Confluence, which are accessible in the "Resources" tab of fact sheets, is currently not functional. We are investigating the source of this issue and will share an update in the coming week. Rest assured, new integrations can still be configured, and existing setups continue to function as intended.
