The following feature improvements have been implemented, and bugs fixed in the past week:

      Dashboards

      • A bug with default KPI panels on onboarding dashboards has been fixed, so clicking the "Applications with Lifecycle" KPI leads to showing the correct fact sheets in the inventory.

      • When fact sheets visualized in a pie chart on dashboards are filtered by the lifecycle "Any (Today)", the same fact sheets are included as in the inventory.

      Inventory

We've deactivated the hierarchical tree view when adding or editing relations with conditions based on fact sheet subtypes, while we're fixing a bug that caused fact sheets to be shown that do not match the conditions.

      Reports

To clarify the purpose of risk status values in obsolescence risk views on reports, we renamed the following two labels without changing their meaning or calculating how risk is aggregated to applications. This documentation page explains all risk statuses.

      • "Unaddressed End of Life" renamed to "Unaddressed Risk"

      • "Missing Lifecycle Information" renamed to "Upcoming Risk"

      Automations

You can trigger an automation whenever an integer or double field on a fact sheet is edited. Whether it's a pre-defined or custom numeric field, but fields on relations are not yet supported. Example scenarios enabled by this new trigger include:

      • Cost guardrail: If a cost field changes, create an approval to-do for subscribers, such as the application and cost center owners.

      • License right-sizing: When the "Number of Users" on the relation between an application and organization changes, email specific stakeholders and add the tag "License Review" to the application.

      • Resilience/SLA watch: If custom fields for the availability target (%) or RTO (hrs) on an IT component are edited, set the quality seal back to "Draft" and notify stakeholders to validate existing dependencies to initiatives, interfaces, and other IT components.

      Transformations

To help you understand if something went wrong during a spreadsheet import of transformations, we’ve added a sheet called "000-Errors", which will show all errors generated for each transformation type. You can navigate to a specific error on a transformation type from the summary error sheet.

      Integrations

As is familiar with other integrations, the status of a fact sheet being linked and data being synced with the SAP Signavio integration is highlighted through a card in the side panel on the fact sheet. It's no longer just a link. Next to the integration's name and active status, the card:

      • informs about the process mapping name or dictionary category name from which the data comes

      • displays when the fact sheet was last updated via the integration

      • features a button to trigger a partial sync

      Support

On August 27, next Wednesday, you can access SAP for Me from the main navigation bar's support widget (headset icon) in workspaces with contracts on SAP terms. SAP for Me is a single access point for admins that aggregates important alerts, metrics, and insights about your SAP product portfolio. We aim to make it accessible in all workspaces by the end of September. Read more...
