The following feature improvements have been implemented, and bugs fixed in the past week:

      Dashboard, Inventory, Reports, and Diagrams

      • The sharing functionality in various areas of your workspace now provides a "Copy Link" button to copy the individual asset's URL to the clipboard for sharing it outside the workspace.

      Inventory

      • Via the settings of lifecycle filters (gear icon), you can apply the new IS NOT logic to exclude results that match selected filter criteria. This additional option enables new filtering scenarios, like:

        • Identifying all fact sheets that are not end-of-life as of today.

        • Finding fact sheets that become active at some point in the future but currently have no lifecycle phase maintained.

      • The reliability and accuracy of discovering relations between fact sheets from files with the inventory builder have been significantly improved, especially for parent-child relations and recognizing lines between applications as interfaces.

      • In workspaces with virtual workspaces configured, when creating a fact sheet using the enhanced fact sheet creation form, the permission fields are now pre-filled with the current user's access control entities in the same way as it was in the prior fact sheet creation form.

      • We fixed an issue to ensure users can't interact with workspace views when their roles have been removed from the workspace view setting.

      Reports

      • We’ve made the presentation of numeric data in landscape, matrix, and roadmap reports more flexible and intuitive through:

        • Adaptive grouping: Instead of predefined ranges and linear calculations, more meaningful groups and distributions dependent on the workspace data are created. We automatically detect when logarithmic scaling provides a better distribution for uneven data and avoid empty groups.

        • Range-based labels with currency: Labels show the actual range of values and their configured currency (e.g., "$0 - $250k") instead of just the group's minimum value. This makes it immediately clear which values fall into which coloured group.

        • Color differentiation: For default color grouping, we use an accessibility-improved color palette with clearly distinguishable colors instead of the blue gradient.

      Integrations

      • When creating a webhook to listen to changes in your workspace, admins can configure triggering events to receive messages only in specific situations. This previously required JavaScript code in the "Callback" section and is now available in the admin area's user interface with more granular filter options for the source, event type, and fact sheet type.
