The following feature improvements have been implemented, and bugs fixed in the past week:

      Inventory

      • We have changed the default lifecycle filter behaviour in the inventory. Previously, applying the filter set a broad date range—from the beginning of the previous year to five years into the future. Now, the default point in time is set to today’s date, ensuring the filter returns fact sheets currently in the selected lifecycle phase as of today, providing a more accurate and relevant view.

      • Cloning a fact sheet is possible, even if you lack write permissions for at least one fact sheet field. Attributes for which you only have read permissions will not be copied to the new fact sheet. A message during cloning provides transparency about exclusions by showing a list of the omitted attributes.

      • A hint in the meta model configuration informs admins whether the selected fact sheet attribute is in use by an active calculation, which helps prevent a calculation from breaking when applying changes to the meta model.

      • We fixed a bug where the quick search in the inventory showed technical keys for 'External ID' fields instead of their labels. Search results now correctly display the field labels as intended.

      Architecture decisions

      • You can now associate your architecture decisions with specific dates, allowing for easier tracking and managing various timelines. An admin user must add the date component to the respective decision template to enable date selection when editing a decision. With this component, you can set deadlines, validity periods, review schedules, and approval dates, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to expected timelines.

At the moment, users don't get any notifications or action items on the specified date.

      Integrations

      • When importing fact sheet relations from ServiceNow, admins can scope the sync of relations precisely, avoiding pulling unnecessary data from your ServiceNow instances. Setting the scope to what's needed can significantly reduce the sync duration and workspace performance during a sync run.
