Weekly feature improvement and bugfix summary

Inventory

We fixed a bug where disabling the draft quality seal state would not clear a previously configured mandatory subscription. Creating a new fact sheet would still require the subscription even after the draft setting was disabled.

Reports

We have made two bug fixes and one improvement to reports:

• Resizing a matrix report column would cause cells to misalign with their columns. The misalignment also occurred when reloading a report with a saved resize configuration and then expanding the hierarchy.

• Switching the axis of a matrix report from one field or tag group to another triggered a layout rendering error that required a page refresh to clear.

• Sharing a report as a configured link now shows a note in the share dialog that any filters you removed before sharing will reappear for recipients. To share without those filters, save the report first and share it as a saved report.

Diagrams

Drill-down containers now support multiple relations at a time. Previously, selecting a second relation replaced the first, so you could not show fact sheets from different relation categories in the same container. You can now combine standard drill-downs and drill-down-by-filter across multiple relations within a single container, for example, business capabilities alongside filtered data objects. When at least one relation uses drill-down-by-filter, a filter icon appears on the container; clicking it opens a Filtered Relations panel where you can review, adjust, or remove filters per relation. Enterprise Architecture Assistant

When you ask the Enterprise Architecture Assistant about how a feature works, what has recently shipped, or what is on the roadmap, it now answers from live sources rather than static files. Product documentation is fetched from the SAP LeanIX Help Portal, release information from the live changelog, and roadmap items from the public roadmap, with results automatically scoped by date and topic based on how you phrase the question.

Surveys

Opening a survey run now gives you a live view of response progress and completion rates, plus a log of every notification sent to participants, with a status filter to focus on those still pending or in progress. The survey configuration, including applied filters, subscription roles, creator, and dates, is also available on a separate Settings tab in read-only format.

KPIs

We fixed a bug where the KPI search field would lose focus mid-entry, both on the KPI admin page and when adding KPIs to a dashboard.

Transformations

As of September 30, all workspaces have completed the migration to the unified transformations experience with Active From/Until. No action is required.
