Version management for configuring the ServiceNow Integration

Setting up integrations may need several iterations before reaching a successful synchronization run. Version management for configuration settings now speeds this up and increases the robustness when configuring the ServiceNow integration.

On the 'Versioning' tab of the integration settings, admins can:

• See a list of previous configuration versions and who changed them

• View the JSON file of each earlier version

• Compare any two versions side-by-side with change highlighting

• Restore an earlier version from the comparison view with the current version
