Upcoming corrections in admin export files

We want to inform you about upcoming changes before the following corrections to the full snapshot export from the admin area are released on October 20, 2025, so you can adjust your workflows accordingly.
In workspaces with subscription roles configured specifically to selected fact sheet types, these roles will only be included in the export file for the respective fact sheet types, not all exports anymore.
Comments added to the subscriptions of fact sheets have only been included in the changelog exports so far. With the planned release, they will also be part of the full snapshot and archive exports.
