Trigger Automations on adding and removing subscriptions

Missing or removing subscriptions on Fact Sheets without triggering subsequent actions can lead to difficulties maintaining accountability for applications and improving the data quality within the workspaces. In addition, new subscriptions to Fact Sheets are essential as they are responsible for any changes in the Fact Sheets, such as approving the Quality Seal.

Two new Automation triggers, 'Subscription is removed' and ' Subscription is added' of a certain subscription type and role, have been introduced for data governance. The triggers are even more powerful when combined with action items such as:

  • Informing to confirm a specific user or all subscriptions that a new subscription has been added or removed.

  • Add a particular tag as an action item once a subscription is removed or added.
