Show fact sheet attributes in surveys according to their conditionality

The survey response form now reacts like fact sheets in the inventory when it comes to fields and relations that rely on the values of other attributes, so-called conditional attributes.

Depending on the users' responses and the meta model configuration of the conditionality, the attributes automatically appear or disappear, closing the functional gap between fact sheets and surveys. An example is prompting users to fill in a description if the functional fitness of an application is rated low.

For clarity, survey creators will see visual hints during survey setup, guiding them to understand whether a question is conditionally shown.
