Search for fact sheets from the Microsoft Teams app
With the SAP LeanIX app for Microsoft Teams, you can now access fact sheets directly in your collaboration workspace.
This release extends the app's notification capabilities to query data. When you receive questions in a Teams chat like "Is sustainability management one of our business capabilities?", "Who's the responsible application owner of Gainsight?", or "Has the initiative for the post-merger integration been started?" You don't need to log into your SAP LeanIX workspace anymore; just search for the fact sheet directly in the app for Microsoft Teams.
After an admin activates the integration to Microsoft Teams, you can query for basic information on fact sheets, such as descriptions, subscriptions, tags, and the lifecycle state. The possibility of jumping into a chat with subscribers right from the search result will kick-start your peer conversations.
With the next release of the Teams app, we aim to extend the search query's scope to relations between applications and business capability fact sheets.
The fastest way to install the SAP LeanIX app is via this direct link or by selecting 'Apps' on the left side menu in your Teams and then searching for 'LeanIX'. Each user is required to add the app to their Teams client. If you experience problems logging into your workspace from the app, please reinstall the app on your client.
