SAP LeanIX Academy migrating to SAP Learning

As part of harmonizing the SAP application landscape, the SAP LeanIX Academy will be taken offline on 28 February 2026. All learning content will be migrated to SAP Learning, adding to SAP's vast selection of learning offerings, live sessions, and certifications. All existing courses will be accessible on SAP Learning and remain free of charge, either without registration or with an SAP Universal ID. Thus, the learning content remains available to large audiences; no specific S-user profile is required.

There will be effects on your course history, fees and validity of certificates, and links:

• Course history and certificates will not be available after the SAP LeanIX Academy site is taken offline. Download your course history and any certificates you want to keep before 28 February 2026.

• After 28 February, any SAP LeanIX Academy links (e.g., https://academy.leanix.net/) will no longer work. The link in your workspace will redirect to a new landing page on SAP Learning.

• SAP LeanIX certifications can be taken on the SAP Learning platform and are linked to a fee / paid subscription. They will need to be recertified after 12 months, with a short free assessment.

We have compiled more information, detailed instructions for downloading certificates and course history, and an FAQ in the SAP Help Portal. Additionally, we have reached out to the main workspace administrators via email to inform them about the upcoming changes.
