Revised Discover Integrations experience and adjusted Azure AD permissions

Running integrations are the heart of automation in SMP. Therefore, we increased the integration run's status transparency. Also, we streamlined debugging and fixing integration configuration independently by introducing more detailed error messages for all integrations.

With Azure AD being one of the most used integrations, the need for extended permissions has been a frequently encountered issue.

The reason for this extended set of permissions was the coupling of the discovery of services and the discovery of adoption and user accounts. This has been removed, so each capability of Discover Integrations with their different required permissions can be activated separately.
