Renamed Library Catalog and repo-visibility in side panel

Making elements in the user interface more expressive and consistent, the top-level list of libraries has been renamed to 'Library Catalog' following the other catalogs (Team Catalog, Service Catalog, API Catalog, and Product Catalog). The functionality remains unchanged.

Also, the visibility of Git repositories is shown on the 'Code repositories' side panel. Now users can directly see if the respective code repository is public or private without visiting the repository in, e.g., GitHub.
