Reminder: Ending support for the legacy survey response form on February 28

We’re phasing out the legacy survey response form to ensure a consistent and improved experience for all survey participants by using the form introduced in April 2023.

All ongoing surveys still running in the legacy design will automatically end on February 28, 2025, to complete our update to the new survey response form. Surveys that are still needed can be restarted in the new design with just a few clicks.

A new warning message in the survey management now helps you identify legacy surveys still running in your workspace and guides survey creators to update them.

Should they still be needed, these surveys can simply be restarted with the new response form. However, if the survey contains decommissioned fact sheet segments, you will need to replace them before you can run the survey again, and a message will alert you if this is the case.
