Rate Limiting for requests from Integration ServiceNow and Integration Signavio

Stability and performance are essential to LeanIX while striving to achieve as much flexibility as possible for our APIs. To fairly distribute resources for our Integration ServiceNow and Integration Signavio, we have introduced a global rate limit of 20 requests per second per workspace sent via the Integration ServiceNow and Signavio Integration to our service Pathfinder. This change helps alleviate risks and prevent disruptions but can lead to some integration runs lasting longer. Users do not need to change any API configuration.
