The Primary Contact feature is now available in the account settings of the workspace. Admins can decide whom to set as the primary contact based on their business needs. This will allow LeanIX to send important information such as renewal alerts. Only the assigned Primary contact will receive:
• Important information such as company updates, renewal alerts, etc.
• Requests for the addition of any new application on the app catalog
Note: Only users with the admin role can be set as a primary contact
