Portfolio strategy extension

An optional data model extension for portfolio strategy is available. It enables the TIME model and 6R strategy for application portfolio triage and migration planning. The extension delivers these new fields in a dedicated section to the Application Fact Sheet enabling unique analysis based on new views automatically added to reports:

• 'TIME Classification' and 'TIME Classification Description' for leveraging the TIME (Tolerate, Invest, Migrate, Eliminate) methodology to assess and plan the evolution of your application portfolio

• '6R Classification' and '6R Classification Description' to manage cloud migrations according to the 6R strategy (Rehost, Retire, Re-Architect, Replatform, Retain, Repurchase) together with 'Risk / Complexity' and a 'Priority' categorized in three waves.

Admins of workspace with the APM module can activate it in the 'Optional Features & Early Access' section of the admin area. It will be a prerequisite for the upcoming KPI dashboard for application rationalization.
