Saas contracts are often offered as Monthly subscription contracts. These types of contracts are not treated as normal contracts because they don't have an actual end date and therefore don't trigger any renewal process. In the end, these monthly subscriptions are another category of contract that behave differently.
To support this contract's category, we introduced a new contract category that considers this particularity.
Admins can access this feature by adding a new contract:
After clicking on 'Add Contract,' select the contract category 'Monthly Subscription' under 'Contract type.' After this, you need to provide a start date, monthly value, and the volume of seats purchased.
This feature will make your monthly subscriptions appears differently in your renewal timeline so you can filter them out and focus on renewals. You can also mark these Subscriptions as terminated by editing your contract. This change will also be reflected on the timeline accordingly.
