Monthly quota in Automations

A monthly quota limit for Automations has been introduced to ensure the best stability of LeanIX services at all times while guaranteeing the execution and reliability of Automations. The decision has been taken after an analysis of Automations usage in the workspaces and ensuring an adequate quota limit that scales with the number of applications in the workspaces.

The status of the current usage of Automations in comparison to the maximum monthly limit of Automations available in a workspace can be viewed in the 'Statistics' tab in the 'Automations' section in the Administration. Once the maximum limit is reached, no more Automations will be executed until the beginning of the next month. Workspace admins are notified via E-mail when their quota usage is above 80% for the month, as well as when the limit is reached.
