Level zoom on roadmap reports

On roadmap reports, users can specify the cluster zoom levels like on other reports. The levels take collapsed clusters into account by rolling up their content on the higher level.

As an example, on an Application Roadmap with Business Capability clusters, it is now possible on 'Level 1' to see all Applications' lifecycles belonging to the Business Capability and any of its children and children’s children although the clusters are collapsed.
