Kubernetes integration supports Cluster and Software Artifact relation

The Kubernetes integration adds a relation between the cluster being scanned and the discovered Software Artifacts running in that cluster. This relation allows users to analyze whether all Software Artifacts are running in the designated clusters (e.g., production vs. test, by tenant, or by region).
