Keep ownership data clean when team members move on
When a team member leaves or changes roles, their fact sheet subscriptions can quickly become outdated, leaving responsibilities with no clear owner. Workspace admins can now reassign or remove all of a user’s subscriptions directly from the administration area. Users can also manage their own subscriptions from their profile settings.
For admins, this means you can transfer all subscriptions of a departing or reassigned colleague to another user, or remove them entirely, in a single step rather than updating each fact sheet individually. Users can review and hand over their own subscriptions before moving on.
As part of this release, archived users are now clearly marked throughout the product, making ownership gaps easier to spot. Looking ahead, we are working on new automation triggers for user lifecycle events, so you can automate actions when users are archived or change roles.
