Here's the outlook for June 2025:
Reduce manual reporting with the executive-ready KPI dashboard
We’re launching the architecture executive dashboard–built to give executives direct, real-time access to essential enterprise architecture KPIs. This dashboard enables business and IT leaders to monitor progress, identify risks, and make faster, data-backed decisions without relying on manual reports or navigating complex BI tools.
The dashboard's configurable set of KPIs allows you to highlight the metrics most relevant to your leadership, whether that’s application rationalization status, data quality, technical and functional fit, innovation progress, or other indicators. Executives can filter and drill down into specific KPIs to pinpoint issues or explore opportunities across the architecture landscape. Trend comparisons make it easy to track progress over time and evaluate the impact of ongoing initiatives.

Ensure timely survey responses with due dates
When setting up a survey in June, creators will be able to set precise due dates by which they expect participants to respond. Participants, in turn, will be informed of the deadline in survey notification emails, driving timely responses and higher completion rates. Once the due date passes, surveys automatically close, eliminating manual intervention that has been necessary so far. Keeping surveys flexible when circumstances change, creators can extend due dates at any time or choose to run a survey without a deadline.

Configure the fact sheet creation form to your needs
The initial data input during the creation of a new fact sheet is key to building and maintaining your architecture inventory. Based on your feedback, since we've added subscriptions to the form, we aim to enhance its configurability in June by allowing admins to define which attributes are required to create new fact sheets according to individual requirements and use cases.
Configuration options will include defining the fields and relations that will be shown on the form, together with an explanatory help text. This gives you better control over naming standards and lets you tailor fact sheet creation to users with different needs.

Discover your business applications created with SAP Build
SAP Build is a business application development and automation solution with a suite of low-code, pro-code, and generative AI tools. Organizations use it to build extensions for their SAP cloud environment. To achieve complete transparency across your entire SAP landscape, we'll extend our SAP landscape discovery to cover what you've created with SAP Build in June.
Admins can link SAP Build instances with a workspace to automatically push SAP Build projects to their discovery inbox. From there, you can link them to existing or new application fact sheets, enriching the inventory.
