Invite new users without a notification

When starting with SAP LeanIX or extending the usage to further parts of your organization, you may want to invite single or even multiple users simultaneously to your workspace without sending an invitation email. A typical situation would be adding new fact sheet owners as subscribers in preparation for their onboarding to SAP LeanIX.

When using single sign-on as the authentication method for your workspace, admins can now choose whether to notify invitees via email. Skipping the notification is an option when leveraging the new bulk invitations in the admin area.

In addition to the above, the overview of users and their invitation statuses in the 'Users' section in the admin area has received the following updates:

• Added an option to manually select multiple users from the 'Not invited' users list.

• Split the long list into separate pages with a maximum of 50 items per page.
