Allow pop-ups and forms on dashboard

Admins can now choose to add flags to the iframe panel on dashboards in order to allow pop-ups and forms. This can be necessary in order to support automatic login with e.g. PowerBI or Tableau in order to show diagrams and content from outside of LeanIX on a dashboard.
