Improved usability when searching for related Fact Sheets

The usability when searching for related Fact Sheets on the Fact Sheet Details page has been improved. More specifically, the following are the improvements:

• Special characters (e.g., '-,' '/,' etc.) used in Fact Sheet names to account for abbreviations of departments are handled more effectively in the search functionality.

• Improvements in searching Fact Sheets on the lower levels of hierarchies so that exact matches in display names can be found more conveniently.

• In the UI, the search results are more consistent in showing the highlighted Fact Sheet closest to the search term. In addition, on hovering over the result, the tooltip also displays the highlighted result.
