Improved UI for contract annexes

Having annexes to your contracts is a great way to track all your additional purchases that were made during a particular contract period. To make annexes more visible and easier to use, we made the following improvements:

• Annexes can now be viewed for each Service under the contracts tab

  

• Added an annex subsection to view all the annexes in one place

• Ability to add annex on the view contract page

• Document upload on contract and annex form is now optional (previously required)
