Improved mapping inbox experience

When a user selects multiple items in the mapping inbox, this selection is now persistent until an action is chosen or the user leaves the page. Search, filtering or pagination do not affect the selection. If a user wants to see all the selected items he or she may use the 'show selected' items filter.
