GitHub repository integration: define a list of ingested repositories

Customers can now configure the GitHub repository integration to ingest only a subset of repositories. Customers can either include or exclude a list of repo names using the toggle UI to limit unwanted data in their VSM workspace. Software artifacts are created for only those repositories specified in the inclusion list.
