Further extended opt-out period for the enhanced fact sheet creation form

We enhanced the fact sheet creation form in January 2025, which introduced mandatory subscriptions and improved user guidance. Workspace admins could decide to opt out of the feature, and the period to do so was extended to April 30, 2025.

Based on your feedback, we will now continue improving this fact sheet creation form by adding configurability - i.e., admins can choose which mandatory attributes should be filled at the point of manual fact sheet creation in Q2/25. The deadline to switch to the new creation will also be moved to the end of Q3/25 - one quarter after configurability will be added to the fact sheet creation form.
